Meet Steph Cox
I have worked in sales for over 20 years,
for leading brands like Coles Group and Calvin Klein, to leading Real Estate brands like
Ray White, Harcourts, Cohen Handler, and internationally renowned coaches and facilitators in the healing and self development industry.
I have held space for more than 3,000 people, and continue to do so every day in person, online, and on calls.
In all those years, I've never relied on pressure, manipulation, or pushy sales tactics.
I learnt early on from incredible female mentors that there is a different way to sell, one rooted in empathy, presence, deep listening, and genuine care.
I simply show up as myself, listen deeply, and speak from the heart. I share how I can help, then give people the space to choose what's right for them.
People don't say yes because they feel pressured, they say yes because they feel seen, heard, and understood.
When you lead with genuine care and stay aligned with your values, selling becomes a natural expression of service.
A few years ago, I escaped my 9– 5 job by becoming a Buyers Agent.
In my first month, I made $45,000 working less than 10 hours a week.
Today, I work for myself, and support a deeply aligned coach, doing retreats, workshops, travelling, and working with people I genuinely love serving, all on my own terms.
This work is my purpose, and I feel deeply fulfilled every day.
